  • Stop eating canned foods – these cans are lined by plastics containing the same BPAs
  • Read your makeup labels and skin care products, and avoid those that contain parabens phthalates and Triclosan – they are endocrine disrupters
  • Look at your household products – use only natural products.
  • Eat organic, whole foods – try to eat a protein at each meal
  • Avoid tobacco, limit alcohol and caffeine
  • Try to avoid over the counter medications
  • Manage stress
  • Loose excess fat – fat stores toxins
  • Exercise
  • Avoid constipation
